A gorgeous Cardinal 17 jewel movement watch is here for the silver lovers. This watch features an adjustable chainmail band, and black face. With the 17 jewels movement, this watch is of higher quality than a traditional watch movement. The watch is in good vintage condition with some minor scratching on the face, but could use a good clean.
