Using solid gold and sterling silver chains mean the metals themselves are meant to last forever. However, it's important ot remember that these are solid gold, meaning they are softer, daintier chains and can wear more easily. If you are looking for something to last as long a possible, a thicker chain is a great option.

I have had mine on for years now, with no breakage, colour change or obvious wear. Please be advised that requesting them tighter or looser than recommended during your appointment, can increase the chance of breakage.

Certain chemicals like chlorine, can wear and tarnish the metals. If you are regularly exposed to these, adding a clasp to your bracelet so it is easily removable may be a great option.

We are not responsible if you bracelet breaks and is lost, just like a store wouldn't be for a lost item.

Don't sweat it! If the jump ring I attached breaks within a month of having it done, it is a complimentary weld If it breaks after one month, we charge a $25 welding fee. Use our booking system to book your reweld now. Please note, if you lose your bracelet, we are not responsible for replacement.

The easiest way to keep your bracelet clean is to avoid harsh chemicals that could tarnish the material. But as they're real gold or sterling silver, using Dawn dish soap, a gentle scrub should restore its shine! A toothbrush is great for this. If it requires a harsher clean, a baking soda and water paste should work well.

We are happy to remove your bracelet and re attach it at no cost for any medical reasons. If we're not around, gently cut the jump ring used to attach your bracelet and save the chain for rewelding.

Note: Do not cut the bracelet itself, but the ring that can easily be replaced.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry. While we weld the pieces on, we are not responsible for how they are treated after your appointment, and cannot be held responsible for any damages that incur. 

You acknowledge that the chains and charms used in the permanent jewelry process are fine and while being welded on, can still be damaged or broken like any other piece of jewelry. Only using solid gold and sterling silver does make them more durable to chemicals and wear, but does not make them indestructible. 

We will reweld your piece at no cost for any medical reason. Simply cut the jump ring off (not your chain) and book a medical rewled appointment to have it put back on when you’re ready. 

For any broken jewelry, there is a $0 cost to reweld within the first month. Outside of the first month, if your piece breaks, there is a $25 fee. 

We double check all welds at our appointments to ensure they are satisfactory before you leave. If you feel your weld is not secure, please address this during your appointment. 

Spark spot appointments are home-based appointments. This is a pet-friendly home. If you have any fears or allergies, please let us know in advance to your arrival. 

We do not tolerate abusive or harmful language or behaviour. At any instance of this, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave.
